Crappy Garage: the radio show by Crappy Tuesdays at scannerFM

On Sunday March 17th at 20.00h was the premiere of Crappy Garage in scannerFM, a musical program based on the latest developments and contained within the alternative scene that grew out of the party Crappy Tuesdays. Is back every sunday at ScannerFM.com

A project led by radio djs Siria Gómez Aka Siria Dj, Oscar Torres aka Legoteque and Viktor Ollé. Another new proposal adds to the wide range of Nasty Mondays every week will bring a monograph remembering the songs of those bands that have influenced most of the groups currently in the musical sound, the recommendation of that concert I would attend even from beyond the cover of the week, the new record, the recommendation of the most prominent music blogs, technology applications, interviews with industry professionals and more.

Since 4 years Crappy Tuesdays is commiting for Indie music, post punk, garage and indietrónica every Tuesday at the Apolo in Barcelona.

La [2] de APOLO: MIDNIGHT CALL PRESENTS NOTORIOUS CLUB

Notorious Club is the newest sensation in Barcelona on a Thursday night. On April 18, starting off in La [2] de Apolo, within the Midnight Call thursday nights, it offers a monthly date full of hip hop, r & b and pure fun. Notorious Club pays homage to the sound of the streets, Yo! MTV Raps, backwards snapbacks hats, sensual hip movements and basically to 24 carat hip hop in its less circumspect and more festive tip. Chicletol and Lucas Lorén, responsible for the popular Hard Candy parties, alongside Kosmos, resident dj in such important clubs as Nitsa and We R [2] Nasty, will rule the night with the main purpouse of making butts move.

Due to the hug amount of national & international people at Barcelona’s monday nights, one fine day, Nasty Mondays were in the need of going further and present their little brother, Crappy Tuesdays. An alternative offer for tuesdays more Indie and Electro Pop than mondays but with the same energy and personality as its weekly predecessor.

GUEST DJ: HAL9000. 2006 was the year that the Odyssey began for HAL9000, whe started playing at BeCool, or Fantasy Club. From the dirtiest guitars, more up to the Britpop sound, passing through the most explosive indie and the most current electronic. All that without forgetting the more alternative scene of all the times, is difficult to show urself indifferent to one of its sessions.

In this sessions orchestrated resident Djʼs Legoteque & Víktor Olle you can listen to Post Punk, Rock & the new coolest tendecies in electronic. The monthly collaborations with guest national & international Djʼs, and the Crappy Tuesdays Live Concerts whit new bands with a lot of projection position Crappy Tuesdays as the best complement for Nasty Mondays on the cultural and music scene in Barcelona. We R 2 Nasty is a club inside a club, an ideal complement to Nasty Mondays. Three mondays a month Kosmos, with Radiocontrol and Rho, fills Apolo’s room 2 with cutting edge club sounds. Fidget, electro, bass, moombahton, dubstep, anything goes in order to make you shake your ass. Kosmos is one of spanish top Dj’s, head of Tracy Recordings, resident at Nitsa and Boombox and respected producer under de names Los Salvadores Del Ritmo or Miedo Trax. Radiocontrol is the resident at Noize Club (Be Cool), part of theAmplid and fantastic dj and producer. Rho is the resident at Club Vegas (Razz), member  of Knockout Dj’s and one of the most important Dj and producer from the new wave of club sounds made in Bcn. Toghether they are a unstoppable Dj team, destroying Apolo’s room 2 in any of their explosive sets, aided by the energy and the great images of Vj Cooler O’Connor.

GUEST DJ: RHO is one of the well established DJs in Barcelona’s electronic music scene. His repertoire spans Electro House, Dub, Techno, Baltimore and Ghetto until Moombahton and Disco. Pure energy, heavy bass beats, hands in the air and sweat are what distinguish his sessions.

After many years in Amsterdam and New York, the Austrian DJ relocated to Barcelona where he started various parties and played as resident of Nitsa Club for a season. Currently Rho promotes CLUB VEGAS (Razzmatazz), where he plays some of the freshest and most innovative vibe in Barcelona’s electronic club scene.

Rho has shared stage with international artists such as The Bloody Beetroots, Mustard Pimp or Bombo. Currently he plays monthly at Nasty Mondays [2] at Sala Apolo.
